Punch dies are used to form packages for medicines. In process of operating, polymer material is sticking to the equipment parts.
To protect the punch dies against sticking, an anti-adhesive coating with a specific approval is applied onto their surfaces. A dry lubricating layer is resistant towards wear, and keep its properties even at long-term operating. Due to this coating, the equipment runs longer, in a more stable way, and without downtimes for cleaning.
