Anti-adhesive coating
Running-in elements of tobacco equipment
Food grade approved anti-adhesive coating is used on working surfaces of the parts that are used in tobacco production at forming and wrapping the paper elements. It effectively prevents glue compounds and paper dust from sticking-on, and thus, provides the material stable sliding, and the unit trouble-free operating.
The coating has high wear resistance, resistance to abrasion and to regular mechanical cleaning, it also retains its properties while being exposed to elevated temperatures and process media.
Additionally, it leaves no traces on the treated material and protects the working surface of the parts against premature wear which contributes to increasing stability of the process, and to expending service lifetime of the equipment.
