Bags edge-soldering machines for food industry
At packing the products on the automated packaging lines of the food productions that operate in high-temperature modes, the edge-soldering jaws for vertical and horizontal soldering are subjected to constant contact with the heated polymer package.
In process of forming the bags, the melted film is sticking on the work surfaces of the edge-soldering elements what causes seams tightness defects, and operators have to stop the belt line to clean the metal manually.
In order to eliminate polymer sticking-on, a food grade anti-adhesive coating that has expressed separating properties is applied onto the edge-soldering machines. A layer of the coating completely prevents the melt from sticking-on, stabilizes the packaging process, and excludes equipment downtimes.
