One of the main issues that furniture manufacturers face is carbon deposit forming on the metal accessories at thermoforming PVC film. This leads to damaging both the film itself and the equipment element which not only increases maintenance costs but also decreases quality of the furniture front finish, as well as overall efficiency of production process.

MODENGY 1007 anti-friction solid-film coating having high anti-adhesive properties effectively helps in solving this issue of polymer film sticking to the metal parts.

The Russian furniture factories successfully use this product at their productions. One of such factory shares their feedback: ‘After MODENGY 1007 coating was applied and got polymerized, the stove has got anti-sticking properties. After being heated up to +150 °С, PVC film separates easily and cleanly, without remnants and sticking.’

MODENGY 1007 prevents items made of metal from wearing, stays functional within a wide range of temperatures, requires no refreshing. Due to its anti-adhesive properties, the coating creates the protective layer that prevents polymer film sticking to metal surface.

The compound is applied evenly by the method of spraying out, after that the parts treated with the coating are placed into a kiln to get polymerized at +200 °С for 20 minutes.

Use of MODENGY 1007 coating number of rejects gets down, need in stopping production process to clean the equipment from carbon deposit is eliminate, operational efficiency of the equipment grows.
