LED headlights started to be used in cars no so long ago. However, they have found wide acceptance among car owners due to their cost-effectiveness, durability, and special brightness.
The diodes are fixed to the item base by the soldering method, and the copper electrodes equipped with special lugs (the bosses) according to the parts size are used for this purpose.
In process of soldering, melted polymer film sticks onto the bosses, and as a result of this the quantity of the defective products grows, the equipment efficiency reduces, and time costs require to clean the accessories.
In order to prevent polycarbonate deposits and carbon snuff, MODENGY 1007 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto the surface of electrodes. It has high anti-adhesive and non-stick properties due to which polymer sticking onto the accessories are prevented.
The product polymerizes at heating up to +200 °С within 20 minutes. After curing, a resistant smooth layer is formed on the electrodes surface that improves effectiveness and productivity of the items soldering process.
Single applying of MODENGY 1007 provides stable operating of the accessories for several hundreds thousand of melting cycles.
