The final stage of producing paper sanitary-and-hygienic products is their packaging into a polymer film.

This process is performed by the thermal exposure method. The sheets of the materials intended for heat-sealing are put together and heated by using soldering elements. As a result of this, the film melts, and a strong seam is gained.

Such way of packaging is featured by a high productivity and efficiency. However, in process of the end-soldering equipment operating, the line operators face an acute issue of film sticking to the heated parts.

As a result, quality of the finished products drops down, the devices get worn prematurely, the technological process has to be stopped often to clean the solderers from the stuck material.

The effective solution of this issue is applying MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive and anti-sticking coating onto the soldering elements. It forms a resistant smooth layer on the parts surfaces that has high separating and lubricating properties.

Due to this, failure-free operating of the packaging line, and increase of the equipment productivity are provided.

This product is used on the soldering elements of any shapes and sizes operating at up to +350 °С.

The coating is applied by the standard painting methods, and gets polymerized at heating in a kiln. It is featured by a long service term, and can operate without renewing for several years.
