To produce shoes made of the various polymers such as rubber, polyurethane, PVC, EVA, molds are used.

The containers that exactly repeat the configuration of the future item are filled with a melted material poured into under pressure. As some time has passed, the finished soles are taken out of the molds.

This method is the most preferable at mass shoes release as it enables to create a great amount of the typified products within a short term.

The process of molding gets complicated because of hot polymer material sticking to the metal molds. This causes difficulties with taking the soles out, leads to defective products, and need in cleaning the parts from the carbon deposits.

The technologic line operators apply the silicone materials as a separating layer before every starting of the equipment. However, they don’t eliminate sticking completely, more than that, they leave traces on the finished products, and require great financial costs for purchasing.

As the more effective solution of the issue of polymers sticking onto the accessories MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive and anti-sticking coating is used. It is applied on the stage of producing the molds, and creates smooth separating layer on their surfaces providing easy getting the finished items out.

This product requires no constant renewing as applying it just once is enough to provide trouble-free operating of the equipment for several years (service lifetime depends on the features of production).

MODENGY 1007 coating application enables to stop using the silicone separating compounds, improve productivity of the equipment, and reduce prime price of the shoe factories’ products.
