Dispensable package made of polypropylene, and polyethylene terephtalate such as containers, cups, bags, and others are very popular for protecting the goods of any purpose.

It is produced on the automated equipment that enables to get a finished item out of polymer granules or flex (such as plastic flakes that are got after its secondary recycling) within a short while.

One of the obligatory engineering operation at producing polymer package is soldering together the edges, and separating the items from each other. For this purpose, heating tools and cutting-off knives are used.

By pressing the film down, the heated edge-solderers connect the material sheets together on the molecular level, and thus are forming sealed inseparable connection, and after that the cutting-off knives separate the packages.

Efficiency of work on the given technological stage might decrease because of polymer material sticking to the heated soldering elements, and the cutting-off knives.

To solve this issue, coatings with high anti-adhesive and anti-sticking properties are used. They are produced by the Russian Modengy company.

After being applied according to the process instructions, and getting polymerized in a kiln, MODENGY 1007, and MODENGY 1014 products form a thin separating layer on the packaging equipment parts that has no adhesion with the melted polymer materials, due to what the issues of sticking, and carbon deposits forming get solved.

The anti-adhesive layer breaks no heat exchange between the contacting surfaces, has a long service lifetime, is resistant to mechanical damages and aggressive detergents exposure.

MODENGY 1007 ;and MODENGY 1014 coatings can be used both at the production stage of the soldering elements, and to restore the worn factory anti-sticking coating.
