Before that this organization used a foreign production coating that prevented packaging material from sticking to the working surfaces of the edge-soldering jaws at soldering seams of the doy-packs, a polymer package that has a bottom and a cap.
After they has acquainted with information and feedbacks on our company’s activity, the specialists of this enterprise have chosen the anti-adhesive coatings of MODENGY brand.
The Modengy’s engineers have selected two proved products that are successfully used on the edge-soldering devices of the packaging equipment to solve this customer’s tasks, that is MODENGY 1014 and MODENGY 1007.
These coatings have high separating properties, due to what they solve the issue of heated packaging material sticking to the working surfaces of the edge-solderers, and prevent forming carbon deposits. They need no refreshment for a long period, have resistance to mechanical damages, and the aggressive detergents.
The edge-soldering devices kits were delivered to the MODENGY Engineering Center to apply the coating onto them, and were sent back to the customer for further operating after that.
