The machines for end-soldering tubes are line performing filling in and tight closing laminate, plastic, or other tubes.

The most number of defective items form on stage of cutting and welding laminate tubes. Creating a seam is performed by the method of heating and putting the containers’ edges together while which the melted material sticks onto the surface of the metal jaws.

Digital information about the batch number, production date of the goods, and other data are put onto the seam of the laminate tubes. For this purpose, the end-soldering devices are equipped with changeable components creating the required mark.

To optimize the packaging process, MODENGY 1007 and MODENGY 1014 anti-adhesive coating operating within a wide temperature range are applied onto the end-soldering jaws. A layer of this material has lubricating-and-separating properties, due to what polymer agent sticking onto the parts is prevented.

Due to using MODENGY coatings clearness of the goods marking improves, amount of the defective products reduce, and service lifetime of the end-soldering devices is extended.
