Wheels of the high-temperature kiln trolleys need lubricating to reduce friction and wear, however, greases burn out at heating, and contribute dust sticking into the unit.

Applying MODENGY 1005 coating onto wheels bearings enables to reduce friction and wear, to eliminate squeak while moving, to prevent stick-slip motion.

This product retains its operability under conditions of high temperatures, it causes no small particles sticking, due to its dry texture, and requires no renewing for the entire service lifetime of the wheels.
