Thermo-knives are used at packing mineral fertilizers into polyethylene package. These parts perform cutting and sealing film providing package tightness and protection for the content against external factors.
However, when polyethylene is sticking to the knives surfaces in process of heating, it reduces quality of packaging and increases the time required to perform these operations.
In order to protect the thermo-knives from hot polymer sticking onto them, MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coting with high separating properties is used. This product operates within a wide temperature range (up to +350 °С), and has a long service lifetime.
