Oil-and-gas equipment pinions
The parts in the oil-and-gas equipment operate under heavy load, at elevated temperatures, and within aggressive media. These factors lead to a loss of efficiency factor, accelerated wear, and risk of unscheduled repair.
For the purpose of extending service lifetime and increasing efficiency of the pinions, MODENGY 1014 coating designed on basis of molybdenum disulfide and PTFE is applied.
This coating forms a durable dry lubricating layer that provides a stable and low friction coefficient, and is capable to operate at high contact pressures.
Due to applying MODENGY 1014, the pinions of the oil-and-gas equipment gain an additional protection from severe operational conditions which directly increase reliability and operational efficiency of the entire unit.
