The metal springs are used inside the oil and gas meters. These parts continuously operate within aggressive media being in contact with oil, gas, moisture, and their processing products, undergo temperature drops and heavy loads.
In order to extend service lifetime of the springs and to protect them against destruction, MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto them. It completely isolates metal against aggressive substances impact, and prevents corrosion formation.
Due to this, the springs retain their properties significantly longer, the equipment operates more stable, while need in replacing these parts appears much more rarely which is especially important for continuous processes of the oil and gas equipment.
