The vacuum plates intended to fix the knives of the machines to process and cut leather material are subjected to premature wear as a result of higher friction in process of the cutting instruments moving.

In order to provide smooth going of the knives, and to reduce wear of the surfaces, MODENGY 1007 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto the vacuum plates.

Use of dry solid lubrication is the only possible solution for the given equipment because when the greases get onto the leather workpieces, it decreased quality of the end items.
