A fabric soaked with bakelite lacquer is moving along the shafts. Exposed to high temperature, the lacquer is emitted out of the fabric and sticking to the shafts surface. The operators have to stop the operating equipment to remove this carbon deposits with a metal scraper.
Applying MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating enables to exclude lacquer sticking and burning to the shafts, to provide easy parts cleaning with a rag.
This coating withstands high temperatures (up to +350 °С), and due to its dry texture, leaves no traces on the fabric, nor requires frequent renewing.
